Nigeria Independence Day Celebration
Join us as we celebrate Nigeria's Independence Day in the heart of Bangkok. This is a proud moment for all Nigerians in Thailand to come together and honour the nation's journey since independence on 1 October 1960. The celebration will feature the Nigerian national anthem, cultural performances, traditional food, speeches from community leaders, and a display of Nigeria's rich cultural diversity.

Monthly General Meeting
Our monthly general meeting is the cornerstone of YPU Thailand's community governance. Held on the last Saturday of every month, this is where members come together to discuss union affairs, plan upcoming events, address welfare matters, and strengthen the bond between Yoruba people living in Thailand. All registered members are expected to attend. Non-members who are interested in joining are welcome to observe.

Yoruba Celebration Day in Thailand
Yoruba Celebration Day is a landmark event dedicated to showcasing the beauty, depth, and vibrancy of Yoruba culture right here in Thailand. This special day will bring together Yoruba people and friends of Yoruba culture for a grand celebration of our heritage — including traditional attire displays, Yoruba cuisine, music and dance performances, language workshops, and storytelling. The date and venue will be announced soon through our official channels.
